The first Iranian company active in reciprocal sale contracts in upstream oil projects and implementation of oil field development; Development of North Yaran oil field within the framework of reciprocal sale agreement and its opening during the visit of the President to Khuzestan at the zero point of the border between Iran and Iraq in the deprived part of Hur al-Azim in Khuzestan province and production of about 22 million barrels of crude oil by the end of 2009. In this project, the record of the highest percentage of domestic production in the development of the country's oil fields and the lowest investment cost in the development of oil fields has been obtained by this company.
E&P selected by the Ministry of Petroleum and the first oil company to exchange HOAs under the IPC oil field development contracts with the oil company.

  • Persia Oil and Gas Industry Development Company was registered on August 21, 2005 under No. 252925 in the General Office of Registration of Companies and Non-Commercial Institutions of Tehran Province with a special joint stock legal personality. Khas became a public company.
  • The company, with about 180 direct personnel in various sectors of land, subsurface, financial and administrative, commercial, contracts and support management, and about 1,500 executive contractors, was responsible for the development of the North Yaran oil fields.
  • Main activities: The Company has been established with the aim of performing downstream and upstream oil and gas activities such as exploration, drilling, gas storage, development of oil fields in the form of EPC, contracting refineries and oil and gas and petrochemical industries. Due to the management history and investment of this company in oil and gas projects (in the form of BuyBack and EPCF), the partnership with domestic and foreign companies for the implementation of new projects is also underway.
