Soheil Rafiei, the manager of phase 19 of South Pars, stated that the refinery of phase 19 of South Pars has four gas rows with a capacity of about 50 million cubic meters per day: this refinery has the capacity to produce 72,000 barrels of gas condensate and 300 tons of sulfur per day. According to him, the design of this refinery envisages the daily production of 3,000 tons of LPG. The manager of Phase 19 of South Pars stated: Phase 19 has the ability to produce one million tons of ethane per year. With the completion of the ethane transmission pipeline from Kangan to Assaluyeh, this refinery will be able to send its ethane to Assaluyeh petrochemicals.

He also stated: with the commissioning of two sulfur production units of phase 19, at present, this refinery does not have any burners for acid gases.
South Pars Gas Field Phase 19 Development Plan in June 2010 by Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC) and in the form of an EPC contract to a consortium consisting of Petropars Limited and Petropars Iran (for onshore installations and drilling operations) and Facilities Engineering Company Iranian Maritime (for the construction and construction of offshore platforms and submarine pipelines) and handed over under the leadership of Petropars Company.
The South Pars Phase 19 onshore facility is located on the shores of the Persian Gulf, in the Tombak area with an area of approximately 5.218 hectares between the refineries of phases 11 and 12 of South Pars and in the Pars 2 Energy Special Economic Zone. Offshore wells and platforms of this project are located at a distance of about 120 km from the azure shores of the Persian Gulf.
