Ethical Charter of Tadbir Economic Development Group

This moral charter has been drafted in such a way that it adheres to the ideals and menus of the great leaders of the revolution, Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei, and also pays special attention to the principles and policies communicated by the esteemed head of the executive staff to the Tadbir Economic Development Group. Based on the efforts for economic empowerment and development of the country, prosperity and leap of production and joint economic and social value creation, in order to deprive dear Iran. According to this charter, Tadbir Economic Development Group commits itself to take a step towards sustainable progress, excellence and success through continuous improvement by adopting the style of intelligent participatory management of jihad in the set of rules of management of holdings, and all the employees of this group, Do their best to achieve the set goals and perspectives, namely value creation, innovation and efficiency. Tadbir Economic Development Group will make more efforts to promote and promote Islamic-Iranian culture and human, behavioral and organizational values and to institutionalize them in the thoughts and actions of its employees in all sub-units. We, the staff of Tadbir Economic Development Group, with the help of God Almighty, will try to perform our professional, religious and legal duties and fulfill our social responsibilities, relying on Islamic beliefs and values, in order to develop and improve production and services, and we consider ourselves obliged to observe the following principles and provisions:

A) Principles governing the Charter
  1. God-centered: Relying on a monotheistic attitude, we consider the great God as a witness and observer of our actions and behavior in every moment, and we always take steps towards achieving God's pleasure.
  2. Principle of rule of law in labor relations: All the affairs of this group have a legal basis and decisions and actions are made and carried out in compliance with existing laws and regulations.
  3. Principle of Respect and Increase Trust: We are partners and helpers in all job categories, and in our interactions and behaviors with each other and other clients, we fully respect them and act based on increasing trust in the other party.
  4. Principle of Transparency: We provide all information related to current affairs and processes, except for classified documents and information, in a transparent manner within the framework of rules and regulations.
B) The provisions of the Charter

B.1) Organization, people and shareholders

  1. We are God-believer, religious and obedient to the Leader of the Revolution, and we believe in and adhere to the theoretical and practical foundations of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei.
  2. We are committed to implementing the policies of the resistance economy, carrying out jihadist activities in the direction of economic empowerment and the development and progress of the country, based on the slogan of halal business.
  3. We are responsible and accountable to all stakeholders in accordance with the principle of justice and fairness.
  4. Together with government agencies and formal government agencies, we are committed to striving for the well-being of the people, especially in less developed areas, with a central justice perspective.
  5. We are committed to meritocracy and the continuous improvement of the quality of life of our employees.

 

B.2) Employees

Also, diligence, accuracy, speed of action and continuous improvement are the basis of our work and health, transparency, order, work conscience, central program, rule of law and adherence to organizational instructions, are the way of our action.

  7. We make a covenant not to use our position as a pretext for material and personal opportunities.
  8. We are committed to building a dynamic and up-to-date communication network between groups, specialist holdings and independent subsidiaries in the direction of capacity building. Also, by strengthening the spirit of sincere empathy, we should transform the work environment into a healthy, ethical and sincere environment within the framework of administrative rules and hierarchy, and consciously prevent any action that weakens the morale and reduces the internal and external trust of the group.

B.3) Suppliers of raw materials and services
