Risks and opportunities:

  • Exchange rate fluctuations:

The company's currency balance is always positive and any increase in the exchange rate will increase the company's operating profitability. Meanwhile, the company has not yet received a foreign currency loan.

  • Risk of interest rate fluctuations:

When we look at the company's balance sheet, we find that the company has not taken out a heavy loan in recent years, and therefore there is not much interest rate risk (actually the risk of raising the interest rate on bank deposits). However, an increase in interest rates generally leads to an increase in the minimum rate of return expected by investors and generally increases interest rate risk at the general market level, and in particular the production and export of beech. On the other hand, with the decrease in bank interest rates, the price-to-market ratio increases, and this factor increases the attractiveness of all symbols, including the beard.

  • Risk of macro variables:

The most important risk for the company is the issue of economic sanctions, which according to the current target market, there is no particular risk of reducing sales, but may have difficulty receiving foreign currency.
